Ash-e anar | An herb-rich Persian lentil and chickpea soup with pomegranate molasses, roasted honeynut and butternut, golden beets and a saffron swirl finish.
Ohn no khao swè | A Burmese street food staple: coconut milk, pan seared tofu, noodles, turmeric, chili, and a squeeze of lime.
Shorbat bel dakwa | Slow-cooked Sudanese soup with housemade peanut butter and roasted root vegetables, layered with a warm spice blend of xawaash, irq al-ahmar and kimbeh.
